Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

United States

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Free shipping on all orders over $80.

Canada

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days — $20.00 USD
Free shipping on all orders over $80 USD.

Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon delivery. These fees are collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at jordyn@jordyskin.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
