We want you to love your JORDYSKIN products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at jordyn@jordyskin.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

All sale items and gift sets are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Returns (Canada)

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
